Supportive coaching tailored to guide you through divorce transitions.
One-on-One
Sessions are held virtually either via Zoom or Teams.
I would recommend that you schedule your session for a time when you can be in a quiet space without any interruptions – public spaces like coffee shops aren’t appropriate.
Our sessions are completely confidential, I create a judgement free, safe space where you can process what is going on.
This is your space
Please come to the session, with topics you’d like to discuss.
This space is yours, and you have permission to express all that you need to express, in order to navigate this new world that you are stepping into.
Make sure you have some water, and have had sufficient to eat before hand (please ensure you are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs when attending our sessions).

Each session costs £75, which is payable in advance. You are welcome to book session by session or to buy a block of sessions.
Sessions are booked for 1 hour, typically we will use the last 10 minutes for reflection time. If you are running late for a session please just send me a message so I know. I’m a fan of you arriving to the session being comfortable, so please do bring a drink and get a break beforehand where possible.
